Is your spark people public, I wanna look and I can't find ShannoninAZ.
I think tracking calories is really gonna help. It's the first time I have ever done this and I can't seem to loose weight on YOAD as of yet.
WATP is Walk away the pounds DVD. It's a thirty minute walk in place kinda thing, I can do when it's raining. It's really a good thirty minute work out. First time I did it I couldn't keep up.

Thanks Chari! I see that you found me on SP too. I'd be happy to take a look at your nutritional info.
Don't get discouraged with YOAD. Remember your body is trying to hang on to that weight. You'll probably have a decent sized drop, once it decides to happen.
