Hi!
Just a quickie post as it's 1:26 AM on Sunday here. I'm getting pretty tired and plan to head to bed. The entire house, even all the teenagers, have beaten me to it.
Busy day today! I ate fine, actually almost a little too low on calories, but it worked out OK. I didn't go to the gym today because I had a travel seminar this morning and worked at the Cardinal's concession stand all afternoon until about 11:30 PM tonight! (Working on earning funds for our GS troop trip to Europe this summer). I'm sure I burned LOTS of calories running around trying to get everyone their drinks and snacks during the game. If the way my feet feel is any indication....WOW, I must have burned a TON of calories! LOL!!
Had a nice day yesterday and a good evening. I went to the gym with my two oldest daughters. We worked out for about an hour. Bec and I tried the stationary bike, as I'm getting bored with some of the other equipment in the gym. We had a BLAST! We'll definitely do that again...TOGETHER! We were laughing and joking together. It was really nice!
I'm feeling confident and happy. I bought some new make up and hair stuff at Walgreens yesterday. I think I'm subconsciously feeling more self confident. I'm getting ready to put myself out there a bit more and show off this HOT BOD! LOL! (Ok, not quite hot yet but it's getting LUKE warm...LOL!!).
*Yawn* Goodness, I'm going to run. I'm super tired now. I'll write more during the DAY on Sunday or on Monday.

I love hearing that you and your daughters had so much fun working out together. I LOVE when the kids work out with me. I'm hoping that my daughter's new job will enable us to do that more often.
I am having so much fun with you and I being in about the same spot in this journey. I was just looking in the mirror this morning thinking, damn woman, you look hot! Of course, then I laughed myself into tears. I am nowhere close to hot, but I just feel so great about how I look right now. This is the best I've ever felt about my body...what a GREAT feeling!
