Gym 13 Week Follow Up Test & Measurements

Here are the initial measurements from the fitness test I took at my gym on 4/29/07
Weight 255 pounds
Height 5'4
Body Mass 43.8 (considered Obese Class III)
Max VO2 26.3 (considered Low)
Bicep Strength 68 pounds (considered Good)
Sit & Reach 9.4 inches (considered Poor)
Body Composition 41.8% (considered Very High)
Overall Fitness 29.6% (considered Fair)
Actual Age 37
Body Age 46

Here are my measurements as of 8/5/07 (13 week follow up test)
Weight 220 pounds (35 pounds LOST)
Height 5'4
Body Mass 37.8 (DOWN 6 kg/m2-now considered Obese Class II)
Max VO2 33.1 (UP 7.7 ml/kg-now considered Moderate)
Bicep Strength 74 (UP 6 pounds-now considered Excellent)
Sit & Reach 9.5 (UP .1-still considered Poor)
Body Composition 38% (DOWN 3.8%-still considered Very High)
Overall Fitness 40.7!! (UP 11.1%-now considered Average) YIPEE!!
Actual Age 37
Body Age 42. I TOOK 4 YEARS OFF!! WOW!!!

Pretty exciting results!! I'm just going to keep on working! This is SO great! In 12 more weeks, I'll take the test again. My goals are to continue my improvement. My specific goals are:
