Hi!
It's been an amazing exercise day today. Holy moly! This morning I started with a 60 minute Strictly Strengthening class at the gym. It was a GOOD one!! It kicked MY butt! Later today I rode my bike for about 35 minutes. I went to the gym again this afternoon for another 45 minutes and 555 calories THEN I went on a mile walk with my DH and the dog. WHEW!! How awesome is THAT?! I feel great but I feel TIRED. LOL!
I started tracking my diet again today too. I want to make sure my calorie intake is in the right range daily. My weight loss was on a much better and more consistent track when I was writing everything down that I was eating. I want to see if that will help start a surge forward again. I no longer want to be on this plateau and I'm willing to put in the effort to get over it.
I'm curious to see if that's going to make a difference. I know that the more effort I put into this, the more I will get back out of it. I'm ready. I want to move forward. I'm curious to see if I'm going to see a difference on Monday with my weight and measurements. I really am.
I am looking forward to a good, restful nights sleep. I'm hoping the busy day of exercise will get me there. :-)
