I was a little surprized by this as I've really stepped it up with my exercise this week. However, I'm not going to be discouraged. I think I'll see some good results next Monday if I keep up this same level of exercise. I also think I may start tracking my food intake on Spark People again. I need to be aware of the calories I'm putting in. We'll see how this week goes and if there's not a change, I will start tracking again (if I don't decide to do it sooner than that anyway).

Chest-42.25" (down 0.25")
Neck-15" (down 0.25")
R arm-12" and 16" (up 0.25" both parts)
L arm-11 7/8" and 15.5" (up 1/8 th" and down 0.25")
R thigh-22" (down 0.75")
L thigh-23 (no change)
Pannus-44.5" (no change)
Looks like about a net of 0.75" down, so that part is good. I'm just planning to keep moving forward, no looking back. The only way I can get to my goals are to exercise and eat right the YOAD way. I'm still doing both those things and don't plan on ever going back to "the old ways" ever again. Even at my current weight I feel SO much better than I used to! Heck, I didn't even realize how badly I felt until I was thinner. I thought I was fine before, but I wasn't. That thought alone is a heck of a motivator for me.
Today is day 17 of our 21 day challenge. I feel good! I'm happy about ME! :-)
