21 Day Challenge started on 2-11-08

One more thing!
I stared another 21 day challenge with my realage group (aka YOAD message board). I'm on day 2. Each of us are making up our own challenge and encouraging one another to finish it. Some of them are as simple as walking 30 minutes a day, no excuses, to much more extreme challenges.

My personal challenge is:
1. A minimum of 8 glasses of water daily.
2. A minimum of 40 minutes of exercise daily. (Although I will be aiming for 45)
3. Tracking my daily nutritional intake (diet journal) on Spark People daily.

I am sure I can rise to the challenge!! So far the first two days have gone SUPER!
