Hello! I'm back from the wonderful camping trip (I will share more about that in the next post). I have my weekly measurements completed and ready to post.
Weight 209 lbs (down 1.5 lbs from last week, 46 lbs total)
Abs 40.5" (down 0.5" from last week) Sucked In Abs 37.5" (down 1.5" from last week)
Chest 43.5" (down 1.25" from last week)
R arm 13 7/8" (down 1/8" from last week) L arm 13.25" (down 0.25" from last week)
R thigh 23.5" (down 0.5" from last week) L thigh 24.75" (up 0.25" from last week)
Neck 16" (no change)
Pannus 47.75" (down 0.75" from last week)
I was hoping for more of a weight loss, especially with the massive amount of hiking I did while we were camping HOWEVER, I am very happy with the tape measure's results. I'm only 4 pounds from a 50 pound weight loss (overall) and 10 pounds from 199 pounds (ONE-derland)!! YIPEE!! I'm gettin' there!
My plan is to stay on track, continue to eat smart and make healthy YOAD choices AND to exercise daily. We'll see what next week's measurements bring.
