Weekly Measurements 9-20-07

Hi!
Well it's that time again, time to report my weekly weight and measurement. Here it goes...
Weight-204 (down 1 pound)
Abs-39.5" (down 1/4")
Abs Sucked In-36.5" (down 1")
Chest-43.75" (down 1/4")
R arm-13.25" (up 1/4")
R arm largest part-16.75" (no change)
L arm-13" (no change)
L arm largest part-16.25 (down 3/4")
Neck-16" (no change)
Pannus-46" (no change)

I was a little disappointed at the 1 pound weight loss. Then I started thinking that my body is probably just recovering a bit from the 4 pound loss last week. I just want to try and keep that 2 pound/week average going without hitting a plateau.

I'm going to try and step it up a bit more at the gym this week--I relaxed a bit this past week. I didn't push myself as hard as the week before, not even close. Although I was still doing the same amount of time, I wasn't giving 100% every minute--sometimes only about 70 -80%.

I'm only 4 pounds to ONE-derland! I had two short term goals for Halloween. The first was to be under 200 pounds and the second was to lose 31 pounds by October 31st. I set that goal on August 7th. The first goal I will hit in the next week or two. The second, I need to lose 10 more pounds in the next 5-6 weeks to hit. I'm pretty sure I'll hit that one too.

OK---time to get to the gym! I'll post more later on today, if I get the chance. I know I'm not burning calories sitting her typing! LOL!
