- I'm a 42 year old married, mother of three college girls. I started my YOAD journey mid-May 2007. I originally lost 75 pounds. Unfortunately I had some set backs and gained 35 of those pounds back. I have since re-lost 12 of them. YAY me!

Keep it up, your girls need a healthy momma. My dd said to me over two years ago, momma you smoke cigarettes and you are gonna die (she was 5) as she cried. I quit that day, if I ever die..God help her...her daddy doesn't have a clue!
