Hi! Well I did it, I got back on the scale and did my measurements yesterday. They weren't too bad but they were not as good as the last time I had measured. That's OK though, that's what "YOU turns" are for....right? ;-)
Weight-184.9 lbs (on home scale, not the gym--the gym weighs 1.5 lbs lighter but I want to get adjusted to my home scale now)
Abs-37" (no change)
Sucked In Abs-33.75" (up 1/4")
Chest-42" (no change)
Neck-15" (up 1/4")
R arm-12"/15.75" (up 1/4" and no change)
L arm-11.75"/15.75" (no change and up 1/4")
R leg-22.5" (down 1/4")
L leg-22" (no change)
Pannus-44.75 (up 3/4")
I'm glad that I took the step to do this. I hadn't measured since 3/2/08 which was the day we left for Oklahoma for the funeral. It's been 4 weeks and I need to be more accountable to myself so it's time to get back on track. It's not that I was "off track", I just wasn't doing my weekly measurements, I was only going to the gym about 3 times a week (instead of the 5-7 I used to go) and we were starting to eat out alot more than making meals at home (I was still making good choices though, so it wasn't like a free for all or anything).
Yesterday was also the start of the BLC 4 on Spark People. I joined that so I'll be a part of it for the next 8 weeks too. I want to be sure to WOW myself by the time my 1 year weight loss journey anniversary comes in May.
