Weekly Weight & Measurements 4/21/08

Wt-183.7 lbs (down .5 lb)
Abs-37" (no change)
Sucked In Abs-34" (up 1/4")
Chest-42.25" (no change)
R arm-11.5"/15.5" (down 1/2" and down 1/8")
L arm-11.5"/15.25" (down 1/4" and no change)
R leg-22" (down 3/4")
L leg-22" (down 1/4")
Neck-14.75" (no change)
Pannus-44.5" (up 1/2")

I'm not "unhappy" with that but I've done some evaluating to see what I can do to make some changes.
1. Purchasing a pedometer and wearing it daily to reach a minimum of 10K steps.
2. Avoid Margaritas (LOL--even after a well deserved event celebration)
3. Don't 'reward' myself with food after a good portion of the week.
4. Watch salt intake, it got me a couple days this week.
5. Make sure I'm not sitting at the computer too much every day (if I am, I'm not burning cals).
6. Continue to track food, water & exercise on SP daily.
7. Exercise daily--can't skip even a day or two (like this past weekend), especially when the food intake increases or I eat higher calorie foods--i.e. Mexican food on Saturday night.
8. Continue to work on boredom eating & no desserts. (I did well with the no eating because I was bored and didn't eat any YOAD desserts until Friday. Then I had desserts F,S and Sun. UGH).
9. Keep on, keeping on!

I'm like the 'Little Engine that Could'. I'll get there, it just won't be fast! LOL!
