Hello!
I'm moving forward here in AZ. I've been doing great with my 'back to basics' plan. I've kicked butt with exercise, steps, water, veggies/fruits, tracking and I'm working on the calories. All the days but one I've been within 100 calories of my range (1200-1500). Yesterday I was 500 above---that was accidental, I underestimated what my dinner calories were going to be by a mile. Live and learn on that one.
I'm encouraged. I feel good. I hope/want to see change.
