I was upset at myself for the scale number because I "rewarded" myself with random foods at our GS camp trip over the weekend. I had a S'more, animal crackers (way too many--thinking they were a more "healthy choice") and pizza (which wasn't even good). The scale reflected those bad choices which is really unfortunate because prior to the weekend I was doing great!! I had even snuck on the scale and saw a number in the 170's on it--179.6 to be exact. :-) (Which I have to confess, I did the same thing today---it showed 179.8 lbs...yipee!!!). I just have to keep it together over the weekend and not de-rail myself.
I've done awesome with my pedometer though! I got in 92,612 steps last week!! I hit the 10K goal plus every day and will continue to do that EVERY day!

YIPEE!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad I bought my pedometer. I really push myself to hit that 10K goal---even if it means walking around the block multiple times at 11PM! LOL!!!
I kicked some butt in the gym yesterday and really pushed myself. It felt great! It was the first time I'd done that since my hip was hurting a few weeks ago. I was worried that I might re-injure my hip doing that but this morning all is well. YIPEE!! Time to push myself again more regularly. No excuse of a sore hip now. :-)
Here's to the 170's next week!! YEEEEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWWW!!
