Sorry I've been MIA from my blog. It's been so crazy with graduation preparations for my oldest daughter. We've got family coming in and we've been doing one heck of a Spring Cleaning. LOL! I just realized that I didn't post last weeks weight & measurements so I'll post both today's & last weeks right now.
I have some great news.....I'm 179.6 pounds!!! I'm in the 170's!!! That just ROCKS!!!
Ok...here's the official tally for both weeks.

Weight-179.6 lbs (I'm still very happy with this)
Abs-36.5" (no change)
Sucked In Abs-33.5" (no change)
R arm-11.5"/15.5" (no change & down 1/4")
L arm-11.5"/15" (down 1/4" & down 1/2")
R leg-21.25" (up 1/4")
L leg-21.25" (down 1/4")
Chest-42.25" (down 1/4")
Neck-14.75" (up 1/4")
Pannus-43.5" (down 1/4")
I'm pretty happy with what's going on right now, especially since my schedule is so wacky. I've been working diligently, with the exception of 2 days on getting my 10K steps in (on those days I was doing lots of computer work for multiple hours...I couldn't avoid it and didn't manage my time wisely enough to get in enough steps). Here are step totals for the past two weeks too.

OK--that's it for now. I'll try and post a few more times this week. I already know things are going to be crazy. Graduation is Wednesday and we have family coming in starting tomorrow. They'll be here through the weekend. My goals for this week are:
1. 10K steps EVERY day
2. The gym at least 3 times this week
3. Make good food choices
4. No emotional eating (this will be a challenge, I'll bet--relatives AND graduation...whew)
5. Strength training twice this week.

Wow, our journeys are so in sync that we're both neglecting our blogs at the same time! :-)
I hope everything's still sailing along for you. I think of you often...especially when I start to make a choice that's something less than the best choice I could make. You inspire me, my friend. I would not be having nearly as much fun doing this without you!
