Long time no see!!! Holy moly so much has changed since I was last here. I've actually tried to log in a few times over the years but couldn't remember my log in or password. I had an epiphany today and I remembered my log in. The rest, as they say, is history!!
I started back on track about a month ago after an almost two year battle with various illnesses. It's been ridiculous actually. Here's a small summary--broken arm, broken collar bone, hysterectomy, heart cath, complications from cath, pneumonia, salmonella (hospitalized over a week and misdiagnosed), bronchitis, sinusitis and a neurological disorder--possibly MS (still in progress and a ton of symptoms went along with that. Fortunately they have almost all gone at this point). Shitty eh?? Yep I definitely 'won' the 'illness lotto'. ICK!!!

The good news is that I AM doing much better and started back on my exercise and healthy eating track last month. I've lost 12 pounds and feel SO good!! I'll post a pic of me that I took last night. I took a pic last month and the progress is very visable. Heck I'll put them both in! (For some reason they posted up top so you've already seen them. LOL!)
